The 4 bedrooms
– Bedroom 1 (first floor): double bed 140cm wide, dressing room
– Bedrooms 2 and 3 (upstairs): double bed 160cm wide, each with their dressing room.
– Bedroom 4 (upstairs): 1 bunk bed + 1 pull-out bed for a total of 3 beds (3x 90cm wide) ideal for children, and a large dressing room.
– Sofa bed in the living room (150cm wide).

90 cm doors adapted for people with reduced mobility (check specific needs before booking).

Private garden set up for your evenings and meals with garden furniture for 10 under the parasol with barbecue, comfortable chairs around the brazier for the evenings, and a hammock for the nap after lunch.
2 private parking spaces in front of the house with a 220V/16A domestic electrical outlet available in the parking lot (slow charging, about 10-15 km of autonomy per hour) to troubleshoot... and access the Fast Charging Stations 4 km away for a full charge in 30 min.

Traveller access
The accommodation and the garden are entirely private and at your disposal for the duration of your stay.

Self-check-in via secure key box (code sent the day before your arrival), and as long as possible our reception to welcome you according to your arrival time. :)

Check-in from 5pm, check-out before 10am.

Late arrivals possible at no extra cost given the autonomous nature of the access.

Free parking on the 2 private spaces in front of the house.

Our house is located in a pleasant and peaceful setting, with an unobstructed view of the Grand Morin Valley — particularly appreciated by our travelers at breakfast time or meals in the garden.

All amenities are accessible 5-15 minutes away: bakery on foot, supermarkets by car, bus to reach the RER An and the TGV from Marne-la-Vallée – Chessy (Disneyland), Val d'Europe and Shopping Avenue 15 minutes away by car.

We live right next door, which allows us to be responsive when needed. It is also an opportunity, if you wish, to welcome you on arrival and share some addresses or tips to make the most of the surroundings during your stay.
