Located in the heart of Paris, our apartment is a super quiet cocoon, while being perfectly central. It is only a 15-minute walk from the Marais district. A 10-minute metro ride from Gare du Nord, a 10-minute walk from Gare de l'Est.

Ideal for families, our apartment is isolated from the noise of the city, while being surrounded by real Parisian life: many restaurants, grocery stores, and the Saint-Martin market just 100 meters away.PGJyPg

The accommodation
The apartment is 60 square meters and has 2 bedrooms. We live there, Marie me and Léonie, all year round. We make sure that it is super functional and welcoming.

It is composed of:

- A large room for a couple.

- A second room welcomes our baby. And it is very modular.
Our child will let you occupy him as you wish. You can accommodate a child under 2 years old in a small bed. But also accommodate a second child on the single bed right next to it. This bed is extendable and can even be perfectly comfortable for two adults.

- A large quiet living room/kitchen is at your disposal with all the necessary needs for a stay with several people. With 4 adults we are very comfortable. With a 3-seater sofa and an armchair to smash in the evening or relax in the morning with a good coffee.
This good coffee can be made in our super functional kitchen open to the living room.

- A Parisian bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet.
