We booked this hotel months in advance and were only informed of major renovations at check-in. Starting at 5 a.m. daily, loud construction noise (scraping, banging, power tools) made the room unusable, often continuing late into the evening. By day two, the lobby had become an active construction zone. The restaurant was overwhelmed and unable to serve us at dinner time. Although we chose this hotel for its proximity to Orly Airport and the free shuttle, the shuttle was cancelled on departure day, leaving us scrambling for a taxi. While the staff were kind, the hotel is in very poor condition: mould, insects, dirty carpets, and peeling wallpaper in unrenovated rooms. This hotel should have closed during renovations. Overall, a very disappointing stay.

The room was covered in mould and dirty, staff were not helpful on the first and second day. Third day a staff member moved us to a better room - still not great though. This is not a 4 star hotel.

Staff were extremely nice and helpful. The staff spoked English and some Spanish. The hotel offered free water, wifi, plenty of parking and a shuttle to the airport that starts at 5:00am. It’s a close distance to the metro, bus and 20-25min to Oraly airport.The restaurant was ok, staff was nice and helpful but they seem to have run out of everything. The room was clean and if we ran out of something we could always ask the front desk. The beds are firm and the restroom was moldy in some parts they don’t have ventilation or a fan. The heater in the room was turned on but never heated up the room. So over all it was an ok stay.

The bathroom on our room had no curtains or glass door, the water from the shower made the bathroom very wet. The restaurant staff was not friendly at all. But the convenience of being close to the airport in a day that there was a strike in Paris and having a shuttle to the airport made it very convenient.

We chose this hotel for an overnight stay after a late flight. The property is very tired looking and hallways were very dark. Although the room was spacious by Paris standards, the bed was rather saggy, linens felt old and thin. The reality of the property did not match the pictures.
