Simple Stay Near the Château

I stayed here while attending a wedding at a nearby château. It was convenient and overall a good stay, but as expected with a budget hotel, the services are very basic. There isn’t always staff available on-site, Ubers can take a while to arrive, and there aren’t food options close by. Works fine if you just need a simple place to sleep, but don’t expect much beyond the basics.

It’s budget

The hotel description delivers what it says in the tin, its budget! Myself and my family used it as a stop over whilst travelling through France but I wouldn’t want more than 1 night here. We researched nearby restaurants as the hotel doesn’t offer evening meals with very little results but upon getting there, there are loads including a small pizza/pasta place next door

Bonjour, j’ai mis une étoile partout car mon problème n’est mentionné Nous avions des rendez-vous à Paris mais avons été prévenues en dernière minute qu’il y avait des grèves à Paris et que les rendez-vous sont postposés à la semaine prochaine. Donc une cause indépendante de notre volonté J’ai téléphoné à l’hôtel qui m’a refusé toutes les solutions : report à la semaine prochaine,remboursement,…. Aucune écoute et aucune compréhension Je suis cliente chez vous depuis longtemps et j’espérais être traitée avec un minimum de considération

Hotel simple et convivial

L'accueil est toujours efficace, courtois et rapide. Les chambres sont toujours propres, il faut reconnaitre que le personnel est énergique. Il y a un changement depuis 3 semaines, la couette d'été sert de surmatelas, et c'est une très bonne idée pour améliorer le "confort" des matelas.

Pour un hôtel du groupe Accor je suis un peu déçu. J'ai eu l'impression d'être dans un hôtel F1... Un hôtel non FUMEUR les gens FUMENT dans leur chambre vraiment dégueulasse Les animaux sont acceptés merci mais a aucun moment j'ai vu sur le site que c'était payant ?! Des améliorations à faire sur vos sites de publications. Personne n'aime les surprises quand il faut payer encore

Pour un hôtel du groupe Accor bof bof.. Sinon calme facile a trouver pizzeria juste a côté a moins de 10min plusieurs centre commercial et restaurations. Attention sur le site je n'ai pas vue le tarif animal...0€. Le wc et la douche dans le même endroit cela fait penser aux douches de F1. Quand tu prends la douche tu mets de l'eau partout pas top.

Ce n'était pas la bonne chambre, beaucoup de choses à entretenir. Le personnel de ménage étant dynamique et volontaire, il devrait y avoir une vérification et maintenance régulière de tous les équipements, toutes les 6 à 8 semaines par exemple. L'hôtel est bien situé, autant qu'il soit bien entretenu. Peut être aussi des étagères de rangement.
