The hotel room in itself wasn't bad. Nonetheless, there was a high volume noise coming from possibly the air conditioners in several rooms. I had to go to lobby to notify and the employee even asked me if I could sleep without the AC; and that he could shut down the breaker of my room's AC. I said no. During the night, I woke up several times and to my surprise, the AC was off and wouldn't turn on. I suppose they did indeed turn off the electric breaker. In addition to that, the noises from other rooms can be heard loudly. The last night I stayed, sadly, I had to listen to people having intercourse in the room beside mine. Obnoxious to say the least.

The room was very clean and bed was very comfortable. Staff was pleasant. Short walk from Pigalle metro station. Many dining options nearby.

Great location - would stay again

Rooms were clean and very well maintained. My friend found their bed to be a little uncomfortable and I thought that the pillows were too soft. However overall we enjoyed our stay. The tea and coffee in the rooms were both very nice. The hotel is conveniently located and the staff were all very friendly and helpful.

The only housekeeping was fresh linens. They never replenished the coffee, the cream, the cups, etc.. Tiny room. Staff was nice.

Lovely but I need AM coffee

Very clean great location especially for vegans. Many choices nearby. Easy to get to metro. We kept getting new towels which we did not need everyday and we never received clean coffee cups- paper or ceramic or more coffee after the first day. The staff were very helpful and friendly though.
Great vegan bakery and coffee! Very nice staff even on crowded Monday mornings.

The room was clean and fresh. Spacious bathroom because it is accessible, but the lack of any structure around the shower meant that the whole floor got wet. Apparently there are other accessible rooms that are designed differently.
