The staff seemed busy and impersonal

The receptionist does not speak English. Long queue at check-in. Daily cleaning was missing even though I had requested it for the room – every day there were no towels and no coffee/tea in the room. The place is generally worn. Sweet head waiter at the breakfast buffet and the shuttle bus service was really good. The phone in the room didn’t work, so I had to go down and speak to the receptionist face to face every time something was missing.

It was a wonderful stay. The room has a good size for 4 people. The beds are very comfortable, good service, very clean, and the hotel offers a free shuttle every 30 minutes to go to Disney and train station, and back from there.

The stay was lovely and reception and restaurant staff at dinner time, however at lunch time at bar, the staff were rude when I asked if I could modify a dish for my 1yr old. They told me to go elsewhere for other options as couldn’t just give me avocado - I was shocked as the hotel staff been so attentive otherwise! The hotel isn’t child friendly when it comes to food.
