The best thing about the hotel is the location, near the Opera, department stores, Saint Lazare and subway stops. The staff is also excellent. The rooms are small but neat with refrigerator and water bottles daily. The bedding is excellent. Breakfast for 15 euros is a continental breakfast with scrambled eggs and sausage. The bathroom is difficult since the shower is in an old bathtub with high sides. It’s difficult to get in and out of and there is nothing to prevent you from slipping in the shower.

Overpriced for the quality. Room was very basic and there was a stench throughout the room and bathroom. Staff not particularly helpful either. Tiny lift, which is expected in Paris, but still rather inconvenient for a group with luggage. Beware, as there are multiple hotels in this area with similar names, which can really confuse you when booking or arriving.
