We had an amazing experience with this hotel! The neighborhood is so charming and walkable, the hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the cleanliness levels were excellent! All was great except the shower water spilled to the tile floor every time we showered making it slippery. The evening front desk representative was the best! The one on our check out was not, over charged me and said it would take too much to refund me!! Unfortunately, I had to notify corporate!
