Yes, I have a really uncomfortable situation with the Reception person in the night shift he was very rude whith me and may daughter, he never explain the things in a good way, he yell at me and explain very strongly way, not like a hosted should treat a guest. Just because of that I’ll never recomended this hotel And another thing, I really suggest to change your pillows this are reeeeally hard, not good quality.

We recently stayed at Hotel Marceau Champs-Élysées, and overall it was a very pleasant experience. The location is one of its biggest strengths—just a short walk from the Champs-Élysées, yet tucked away on a quieter street that gives you a break from the crowds. It made exploring the area incredibly convenient. The staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Check-in was smooth, and they were always ready to answer our questions. Our room, while not very large, was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Breakfast offered a nice selection of pastries, fruit, yogurt, etc. The croissants were my favorite! The dining area is small, but the atmosphere felt calm and relaxed, and the service was attentive. The only minor downside was the room size—it may feel a bit compact if you’re traveling with a lot of luggage. But given the central location, that’s fairly common in Paris. On our departure day, the hotel arranged an assortment of pastries available for us (outside of normal breakfast hours) to enjoy while we waiting for our taxi to the airport. Overall, Hotel Marceau Champs-Élysées is a charming, reliable boutique option with great service and an unbeatable location.

Hotel Marceau Champs-Élysées was just okay for us. The location isn’t central to the main sights, but it is walkable and there are a few cafés and restaurants nearby. The hotel itself feels outdated and could use some updates. We arrived very early, but they didn’t accommodate us until the regular check-in time. Staff overall didn’t really engage or make us feel welcomed. It was fine for a short stay, but I wouldn’t choose it again.

I had a great stay at this hotel! We arrived early from a long flight and the staff was incredibly kind—they even had our room ready by 10:30 a.m. instead of the 4 p.m. check-in time. Everyone was friendly, the room was simple and very clean, and housekeeping did an amazing job every day. Breakfast was just right, and the location next to the Arc de Triomphe couldn’t be better. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so pleasant!

The rooms are much smaller than pictured which is fine but the reason for the poor review is that the beds are so awful. I woke up in the middle of the night with hip & shoulder pain & after house keeping came in & changed our bed sheets there were probably 18+ hairs in our sheets. I was so grossed out

The hotel is in a perfect centralized location to navigate through the highlights of Paris. This staff is courteous, very kind, and friendly. They all speak English and will assist with all of your needs but practicing your French goes a long way. The room is small for American standards. But the bathroom is moderately sized in comparison to the bedroom space. The room is cleaned daily, everything is incredibly clean no issues whatsoever. The mattress and pillow left a little to be desired but, not the worst. The breakfast in the morning is included, simple fresh items. The attendants are very kind and helpful when needed. Overall, a very good experience! One thing we did find odd is that you don't get to keep the roomkey. It gets turned in whenever you leave the hotel and get back when you return. It took getting used to but we didn't have any issues with it. Just thought some might want a heads up.

The breakfast room was inviting. Tables were cleared and made up quickly. We were greeted warmly. There is a great range of food on offer - hot food, pastries, bread, cold meat cheeses, plus fruit juice and a range of hot drinks. Lovely atmosphere. A perfect start to the day.
