This hotel was very clean and spacious. The reception was friendly and was able to speak to us in English to answer all our questions and offered us help when leaving to the airport. The location was great with a lot of restaurant options close by (great for dinner when you've had a long day). The hotel is also within walking distance of the Champs-Elysees and Arc de Triomphe. 10/10 - I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Paris!

Avoid the breakfast

Stayed at this hotel for three nights with my husband and two kids aged 10 and 14. The kids slept on the sofa bed which is in a separate room to my bed, nice to have the space. The bathroom was nice and spacious. The negative points are the bathroom door did not have a lock. I could hear the person nextdoor or above using their bathroom. The breakfast was terrible, their were fruit flies and ants over the mini cakes and pastries. The waiter was too busy in the kitchen to help guests, there was only one waiter.

It was a beautiful hotel, the only thing lacking was the sofa bed, it was not comfortable at all for my two small teenage boys. They were not rested. Was happy with the rest.

This hotel is in a great location. Nice restaurants near by and transportation. The staff was very friendly & helpful. We had one small issue with the air conditioning first night & they accommodated us right away with a new room the next morning. Very friendly & courteous. Room was very nice! Sizeable rooms esp for Paris. Worked well for 2 adults and 2 kids, great location with lots of restaurants, shops, markets near by. Staff friendly, coffee not replaced each morning and the coffee wasn’t brilliant, so got outside more regularly. Was pleasantly surprised -value for money high. Front desk staff were brilliant!
