This property location is good. The Hotel front desk staff did not inform us at check-in that breakfast would be an additional charge. Additionally, the dining room staff did not inform us about the cost of the breakfast. We were surprised with an additional 158 euro at checkout. Upon reaching home. I received an email from the hotel that they charged my credit an additional 19.50 euro for mini bar charges that we fid not consume. This email was accusatory and unprofessional. Further, the room was very small and did noy match the picture on the site when I made the reservation. I will not be staying at this hotel again and I will not recommend it to my family and friends when they travel to paris.in the future.

Location is excellent and most convenient due to proximity to parking and to the city center. Front desk supervisors are very professional. Hotel rating is four stars but feels like two stars. Their charges are for a 4 star facility but getting a two star room. 1. Furniture is very old and damaged, overall looks very poor, dirty and unworthy of a 4 star hotel. 2. Mini fridge was dirty, stuff inside from previous clients and very noisy, it wakes you up at night. We had to turn it off every evening. 3. Overall room floor cleanliness needs lot of improvement 4. Bathroom need better cleaning daily. 5. Bathroom sewer pipes need repair and cleaning to flush properly, everyt time you wash you hands, you keep hearing water flow noise for over a minute. 6. Housekeeping need training and supervision to make sure proper cleaning is done daily, towels are refreshed, shampoo and soap are filled and floor is properly cleaned. 7. There is only one elevator, extremely slow and inefficient, it needs major maintenence to operate properly. Note to the hotel owner: this has the potential to be a great hotel, all it needs is better professional monitoring and effort because customers need the service they pay for.

Great location!! I walked everyday on this trip. It took me a long time to find a hotel that suited what I was looking for which was cleanliness and location. I would definitely comeback!! Staff was very nice.
