The room felt quite outdated, and the floor made noise every time we walked. The bathroom also needs maintenance — water spills onto the floor every time we take a shower. Additionally, the door lock was very hard to open. We had to come down to the reception twice to get new key cards because the door wouldn’t open properly. Our booking included a daily mini bar refill, but during our three-day stay, it was never refilled. When we asked the receptionist on duty, he informed us that he didn’t have access to restock the mini bar.

The room was very clean. Staff were very helpful when needed. I lost my glasses & they had them at the desk. I was grateful they had them as they are prescription. The breakfast buffet was good.

Hotel Lorette is in a great area close to restaurants, small markets, and coffee shops and the metro is just across the street. There are tourist in this area, but not too many. You experience the Parisian culture more than in a very touristic area. I always felt safe walking around. The room was clean and comfortable. The lobby area is small but adequate. In the afternoon the lobby area had some snacks but they were all sweets. For the price and compare to other places, the nightly rate was fair.

The location was nice. Walkable, quiet and plenty of dining options. The room was nice and loved having the drinks supplied in fridge. They also had drinks and snacks in the lobby every day. The onlybthing missing was ice. The front desj had an ice machine but most times it was not plugged in. We did enjoy our stay though. Would stay again.

This is the first time I’ve ever experienced actual hospitality from a hotel. I arrived way ahead of check in time, yet they gladly put away my suitcase and offered me a snack. The mini bar is complementary and the breakfast is very reasonably priced. They also welcome you at their other properties throughout the city for refreshments at no additional cost. Indeed, true hospitality.
