As it was an Astotel Hotel we could use the facilities of the others in the chain around Paris. The staff in the Loretta were all friendly. A great New Year break.

The hotel is super cute, the location is amazing with a metro only a block away and many neighborhood restaurants only a few minutes away. It is very clean which is a big deal for me. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. We did not include breakfast but did eat breakfast there once and charged it to the room. It is a great breakfast with lots of great options. They have free snacks and soft drinks in the lobby every afternoon and the drinks in the mini bar are free which is amazing! We stayed there last week. It was very cold. I loved coming in from the cold and having a cup of hot tea. My only criticism would be that it does not have a ton of storage. No drawers and water spills out all over the floor. Neither of these things were a big deal for us compared to all of the positives.

The front staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The location is amazing! Very much walkable to metro. I genuinely enjoyed staying in this hotel. It was my first time visiting Paris & this hotel will hold a special place in my heart!

Nice adjoining rooms, excellent breakfast options, convenient location, quiet and safe area, love the network of hotels throughout the city. We took advantage of these connections for a rest near the Champs Elysees. Would absolutely stay at one of these properties again.

The room is spotless, staff are warm and helpful, a lot snack, free squeezed juice and free food at all time Most important, it has zip code of 75009 which is convenient to a lot places. We have not bought even 1 subway tickets. We can walk just about any places. Perfect and convenient location.

The room felt quite outdated, and the floor made noise every time we walked. The bathroom also needs maintenance — water spills onto the floor every time we take a shower. Additionally, the door lock was very hard to open. We had to come down to the reception twice to get new key cards because the door wouldn’t open properly. Our booking included a daily mini bar refill, but during our three-day stay, it was never refilled. When we asked the receptionist on duty, he informed us that he didn’t have access to restock the mini bar.
