The Hotel 123 Sebastopol has a lot of good things going for it. The buffet breakfast is well worth the added cost. Nice variety every day. Bathroom was a good size. Fairly big walk in shower. Location is good, between 2 Metro stops and the street right next to Sebastopol (Rue St Denis) has tons of dining and shopping. A bit farther from the Rue Rivoli than I thought it would be but still not too far.

There was no air conditioning in the property and we were given a small fan. There was some noise all night and also the TV would not turn off. We complained about this and the staff was great and they moved us to one of their other hotels

Excellent location. Good fitness facilities and endless supply of coffee milk and water. We stayed on the first floor for two nights in a small room where the garbage collection was very noisy and then again two more nights on the sixth floor in a great spacious room with balcony over looking the Acropolis. Which was fantastic. But bring ear plugs as the noise from night clubs can keep you awake.

From arrival to departure it has been a pleasure to stay at Sebastopol ❤️. All the staff were so helpful in every situation. The offering of snacks and cool drinks in the afternoon was lovely, with comfortable seating and ambience. The breakfast was also a great option for weary travellers who just need energy to be exploring Paris. Would happily stay here again if I’ve got the opportunity to return to Paris.
