Lovely little hotel and the service is impeccable! All the staff were amazingly friendly and hospitable. Very slightly dated in some areas but also very Parisian so more than acceptable. The reception staff were amazing and accommodating.

We had great experience at this hotel. Perfectly situated for what we wanted to to do. The room was very clean and pleasant. Also our ten month old son had plenty of room to move around. Nice hotel with excellent staff. Rooms have everything and are clean. The only issue is you can hear people walking around above you and up / down the stairs which woke me up every morning. Area outside has a few stops and a Metro station within 5 minutes walk.

The hotel sent us a survey before we got there which I thought was great. We filled it in and added breakfast to our stay. Upon arrival they did not have us down for breakfast. After a while we managed to sort it out. Loose tiles in the bathroom. No safe or fridge in the room. At breakfast the dining room was very small and cramped. Limited options of food and no toaster, quite disappointing for €12 each.

Rooms are small but that seems to be the norm. McDonald’s and a great pizza place is down the street. You can refill your water downstairs which was great. Overall this was a good experience for my wife and I.
