Hotel was excellent, affordable, and well-kept. They had a good breakfast buffet, and provided free coffee to all guests. The area around was decent, and nearby to all major transport systems which allowed for easy travel to all that Paris has to offer! I would highly recommended.

Here’s a polished, balanced review you can post: Hotel Izzy is a solid budget-friendly option if you’re looking for a clean, comfortable place to sleep while exploring Paris. It’s about a 3-block walk to the metro, and there are plenty of small family-owned restaurants nearby, making it very convenient. The room was clean, the air conditioning was amazing (especially during the summer heat), and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Breakfast costs €16 per person. While it was decent, the buffet had a limited selection—scrambled eggs, bacon, beans, yogurt, cereal, bread, and a few basic items—so it may not be worth it if you’re expecting a large variety. One thing to keep in mind is that there’s construction on the street outside, so you may experience some noise during the day. Overall, if you’re looking for an affordable, clean hotel in a convenient location and don’t need luxury amenities, I’d definitely recommend Hotel Izzy. It’s a great value for the price :)
