The room was charming. The hotel was in the middle of a great area. This is a place to stay where you intend to enjoy Paris day and night. Close to many beautiful places, great food and shops. Staff here is very friendly and extremely nice.

The location was fabulous! The noisiness was quite bad at night but not so much from outside, it was more the mechanics of the hotel: water sounds, loud hallways, unloading sounds all night. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The TV did not work as advertised and we were given an excuse that not all the tvs are updated. Drain in shower was very slow. Ask them to resolve, and not much improvement was made. Location was great. Balcony was nice.

Great location and bed; Okay hotel.

Great location. Close to train and metro, along with great restaurants and night life. Room was small but nice. Not able to control room temp so did get warm at night. Walls were thin so could hear a lot. Road noise not too bad if window closed. Water pressure was great but water temperature was inconsistent going from hot to cold back to hot. Front desk personnel not very warm and welcoming. Only offering in lobby was water but often there was no water or clean glasses. Bed was very comfortable.
