The staff was friendly, and the location was okay—it’s a bit farther from the Arc than it seems, but there is a Metro station nearby, which is convenient. Unfortunately, the hotel itself was not very clean. There appeared to be mold on the walls near the AC vents and in the bathroom. The room was also much smaller than the photos suggested. We were three people traveling together, and I would not recommend the room we booked for that many guests. We added the breakfast buffet option, but it was not worth the daily cost. On top of that, the nightly rate was very expensive for what we received. Overall, I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to family or friends.

This is my second time staying at this hotel (last October and now in September), the staff are friendly and helpful. They gave me the same room as last year when requested. The hotel is clean and close to many attractions. Highly recommend this hotel.

Perfect location and clean accommodations

Perfect accommodations. Great location for walking. Clean rooms, bedding, bathroom. Plenty of room, considering European room sizes. If they raised beds a bit, luggage could fit underneath and really make more space in room - but that’s only a suggestion. Other than that it was a great experience. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

I was expecting a little more from what the pictures showed specially the size of the room. We had the quadruple room, and it was tiny. Not much room for all our things but we made it work. Staff were all very nice. The breakfast options were decent for the price. Location was great. Close to everything. Shopping, restaurants, and transportations.
