Great location in nice, walkable area. The staff was very helpful, and made great recommendations about local restaurants. My personal favorite was Le Bosquet, about five minutes walk from the hotel. Also, La Septiem is well worth a visit. I have zero complaints about our stay. If I ever return to Paris, I’ll definitely stay here again.

Hot water was only on early morning - I stayed here years ago when it was a 4 star - I was there again in Feb 2026 only to see them downgraded to 3 stars. I will return to Paris; but have NO interest in ever staying in this Derby Hotel again.
