Staff was friendly. I liked the room. Free coffee in the lobby - including frothed milk for cafe au lait! No complaints whatsoever. Be aware, the elevator is small, but that's not uncommon in French hotels. I'd definitely stay here again.

This is a really great option for your stay in Paris, especially if you want to be close to a central transportation hub. It’s situated on a very cute and quiet side street, secluded from the hustle and bustle but, at the same time, just steps away from the train station and metro. The area is also nice with a lot of stores and restaurants, plenty of food options and things to do. We were traveling with a toddler and booked through Expedia which allowed us to reserve a room not suitable for a crib. No fault of the hotel. They were very accommodating and upgraded us to a larger room so we could fit the crib. Rooms overall are on a smaller side but so are most in central Paris. The rooms are quite well stacked with everything you may need and are clean and updated. There is no AC on the property but with a fan it worked fine (we were traveling in the hot month of August). Overall we enjoyed our stay and it’s a good deal for the price!

J'ai passé un très agréable séjour à la Maison Gaité avec mon fils. Le personnel est extrêmement accueillant et sympathique. La chambre était certes petite mais tous les services étaient présents : carafe d'eau, machine à café, propreté impeccable, serviettes changées tous les jours, climatisation, petit déjeuner servi dans un lieu très joliment décoré. Qui plus est, l'hôtel est situé tout prés de plusieurs bouches de métro et de la gare Montparnasse, ce qui facilite les déplacements dans Paris. Les restaurants sont foisons aux alentours. Je recommande vivement cette adresse.

Bel établissement très bien situé dans le quartier très animé de Montparnasse, à proximité de la gare, de 2 stations de métro et de nombreux restaurants. Les chambres sont propres. La recepción del hotel opera en un ambiente calme organizado limpio y cálido. Todo el personal fue tanto amable como profesional : están a la escucha y disponibles. Nous étions 4, l’appartement était très bien équipé, belle surface, par contre gros bémol au niveau de l’insonorisation inexistante entre le salon et l’extérieur, beaucoup de bruit avec les 2 bars en face, mon fils dormait dans le salon et on entendait les gens comme s’ils étaient dans le salon , le reste de l’appartement était parfait, dans la chambre au fond il n’y avait aucun bruit. Le veilleur de nuit est extrêmement gentil et professionnel, notre fille a été malade je l’ai appelé il nous a apporté tout de suite une couette de rechange,
