Room 203 has a beautiful view and was very clean. From morning until evening, every staff member was incredibly kind and welcoming. Even though I don’t speak French, they made me feel completely comfortable and well taken care of. When I asked about the breakfast buffet, the staff kindly suggested I look at it first and only charge me after my stay if I decided I liked it. That level of trust and care really stood out—it felt like they genuinely cared about my experience, not just the money. Check-in and check-out were smooth and stress-free. I would absolutely recommend this hotel. Amazing service and wonderful people. 10/10

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and they gave us a room with a balcony which was nice of them. The best part though, was the bed! It was like sleeping on a cloud, so so comfy.

I’ve stayed at this hotel twice and have had a good experience with the exception of one afternoon at about 3 PM. I was laying in bed and a man literally knocked and then opened my door! He apologized and immediately left, but it made absolutely no sense as my room had already been cleaned for the day and he was definitely not housekeeping staff.

Staff was friendly. Rooms are very small even for European standards. If you want to be close to the main shopping area, this hotel is not very convenient (plan for good walking). East walk to the Eiffel Tower but you are really in a more residential area. Very nice and some cafe near by. Good value for the price though.

The room and location were absolutely amazing! Access to transit is just steps away, making it incredibly convenient. Within a 15-minute walk, you can reach the Eiffel Tower. The staff were absolutely wonderful throughout our entire stay, always friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this property!

Booked a twin room for my daughter's birthday, arrived at the hotel to be told they had no room for us despite prepaying for the booking. They eventually found a room in their sister hotel, 20-min drive away, not near the Eiffel Tower, which I had specifically booked for my daughter. We had to pay for taxis to get back and forth to the centre, no compensation offered.
