The room was quite small & the bathroom was very cramped but the reason I struggle to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting is for 1.5 days of our 2 day trip, the hot water was not running. No one informed us of this & there was no apology for this. When we submitted a complaint they offered us a free breakfast or 20 euros as a discount. In Paris, you’re walking around a lot in the day and not being able to wash after 8-9 hours of travelling/walking was very unacceptable

I’ve stayed here numerous times, they are always pleasant, accommodating, and you cannot beat the location. Everything is within a 5 minute radius, such as dining spots, a grocery store, pharmacy, tabac store, and markets.
