This is definitely not a place to stay for more then a night or so, the 3 stars are for the Customer Service, the Hotel & the paid breakfast gets 2 stars. The first thing you notice walking in is the foul smell, its a unique blend of cigarette's, rotten eggs and cheap perfume. Elevator is very small, you can not go up with 2 people and 2 hand carry bags at a time. Once upstairs, the corridor was dark, I have to find the light switch by turning my cell[hone light on. We booked the so called "Superior Room" but the room was small, with basic bed, 2 night stands, a small side table, a mini fridge with 1 water bottle, a heating water kettle and free Tea. The bathroom was very basic, the design of the toilet was extremely poor, I am a small person, have no clue how a bigger person can use it. Once sitting you have no room to move your arms or legs around.
I breakfast was very very standard with very few choices, the beat part of the breakfast was again the staff not the breakfast.
The only thing really stand out is the Hotel Staff, excellent manners very nice, very friendly and kind. Mr. Ahmed greeted us and helped us with the questions we had.
