The room was great - fairly spacious and well designed. Close to Gare du Nord. Bit of a dodgy crowd gathered outside during the evening but once windows closed, room was very quiet and peaceful. Comfortable bed.

The hotel was very close to the train station but very small room for 3 ppl. No elevator, just stairs so you will need to bring up your luggage a few flights. They had free small breakfast and they even prepared it early for us since we had to leave so early.

Super friendly and supportive staff. Although I was booked into a 5th floor room they considerately offered me a 1st floor room to ease access. They recommended a local restaurant not a tourist joint. Then later in the eve I g assisted in printing seat reservations for the TVR. Slept well. No noise.

Although only a small hotel it is clean with a comfortable bed. Breakfast is good and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The noise outside is a bit irritating but it did not make my stay unpleasant. Great location!

The hotel staffs were all good in their services. The hotel needs to be refurbished as it Is really old. Not clean properly as it’s full of dirt, the blanket has lots of hair strands. Towels are no longer white and looks yucky. The bed is worn out so not comfortable as we had back/shoulder pains in the morning.

No lift and as a 74 year old and partner it was not appropriate accomodation for older people and people with mobility issues. Stair case was unsafe and handrails on one side was unstable.Very helpful staff member who carried both our bags 3 floors and back down again next morning. Without his help we coud not have got to our room and down again. The room and toilet facilities were clean but a simple thing like a clean shower head. Soap and hand towels were not provided. Tea and coffee were provided but no cups to make them in. Walking distance from both the Paris Nord stations and that is a plus.

All in all it was very good....the stairs were steep but not a big problem really. Breakfast was traditional and fresh and everybody was polite and friendly to my children

Very well located near garde de l’Est and Gare du Nord, which is very useful for an easy access to the airport. A basic bed and breakfast hotel, A good choice if you’re on a budget but want good location and easy access to transportation. There are no elevators, so not recommended for people with heavy luggage or limited mobility.

Bon poir une nuit

Un bon hotel pour passer une nuit avant de prendre son train. Très bon accueil et service de la part du personnel. Le petit déjeuner parisien était au top. La chambre etait propre. Par contre, la literie semble avoir vécu, et l'odeur de cigarette dans les toilettes de la chambre est insupportable ! La salle de douche est tres petite, avec une cabine de douche exigue.

Good location and suitable for a night but would not recommend for more than that. Small room for 3 adults. Toilet in different area than sink and shower. Liked the open balcony but noisy area with people outside all night. Small tv in the corner of the room. Worked for one night. But if any longer than that I think there would have been issues. Not even enough room to open suitcases other that on the bed Room was ready early for check in. And was great not to have to walk around after the train station with luggage.
