Out of the main hub of Paris which we enjoyed, small local suburb was very walkable with lots of different food and bar options nearby that gave a more authentic French experience

Room was a bit too small but the cost compensated for this. Water was a bit too hot at times. Cost for breakfast was too expensive compared to restaurant outside nearby. Recommend the brasserie across the street

Very helpful clean. Shower was scorching hot couldn’t turn it down but went down and asked at reception and gave me a key to another room to have a shower. I feel the hotel is a bit outdated and could do with freshening up but other than that no problems at all.

The hotel was lovely. The staff were really friendly and it was in the prime location of it being near a metro and cafes. It was very easy to get to the famous landmarks.

The hotel looked a little run down, obvious old leaks in the roof, peeling wallpaper. We had breakfast once and it was a great selection and was pretty fresh. The staff spoke English and we were able to communicate when needed. We did have the fire alarm go off at 2 am and there wasn't much instructions from staff. The metro was close and there was quite a few restaurants within walking distance. It is located on the outside of the center of Paris and most places take at least 30-40 minutes to get to any of the touristy spots, but the metro itself is quite efficient.

I came for the French Open in May. My shower had no cold water --ouch! The door knob fell off. But the staff quickly changed my room. By the way I was upgraded to a king size bed. The hotel is close to Metro and a very nice Brassierie. I would stay here again. 1 thing; the staff seems very unhappy, curt, rare smiles---except for the lady in the breakfast room. I think that most Parisiennes dont like tourists anyway. :) You get used to the rudeness when you're in the city. Can't wait to get back to friendly ppl in Toronto!! Not taking Canadian kindness for granted
