The entire Staff was very kind nice and welcoming! The hotel is quite old and needs an update and remodel of room and bathroom is extremely small It felt like a hostile a bit The location was ABSOLUTELY amazing which offset the lack of the other details ! ♥️

Wonderful staff and they make everything easy and accessible. We accidentally left our key in the room the day we were leaving and the staff came in early to help us out to make it tut to the airport on time!! It’s a great area too! Not too congested with tourist and absolutely gorgeous

Extremely helpful staff in a fabulous location. Just beware- our room was not air conditioned. The room is very quiet with the window closed but hot weather and a busy bar next door meant a few uncomfortable sleeps.

We had a sweet small room in a perfect part of Paris. We did wait a while after check in time for room to be cleaned but it was very clean. It was a hot week in Paris and there isn’t Airco. Windows open and a fan was provided. I would stay here again.

the tl;dr: Stay in montmartre, the neighborhood is excellent for a quintessential Parisian experience. However, justn avoid this hotel. There has to be better options around. thats how low the bar is. this is my honest rating. the 2 star is actually for some of the friendly staff i interacted with. P.S: carefully look at all the negative reviews and see how dismissive/rude the replies from the staff are. That should give you a glimpse of what to expect :)

Nossa estadia foi bem ruim... o funcionário da noite não sabia das informações que estavam no site do hotel e nos tratava como se fossemos mentirosos. O quarto é absurdamente pequeno. Para uma estadia de passagem, 1 noite, tudo bem. Mas não aconselho nenhuma noite e mais a não ser que seja apenas uma pessoa no quarto. A localização é boa, mas o hotel não compensa para estadias de mais de um dia para casais.
