The apartment met our expectations. An assistant was on ground to receive us and we had a splendid time communicating with the property manager Sonia.

Bonjour, Je tiens à vous faire part de quelques remarques. Nous avions spécifiquement réservé un appartement disposant d'une baignoire et d'un lave-linge. Malheureusement, notre fille n'a pas pu utiliser la baignoire, ce qui est vraiment regrettable ! Le lave-linge était également inutilisable, car il se trouvait simplement débranché sur le balcon. Ces points nous ont beaucoup déçus. Lorsque nous avons posé des questions au sujet de la baignoire, on nous a répondu qu'une pièce devait être commandée ; pourtant, il devait bien y avoir une autre solution ? J'ai payé pour ces équipements sans pouvoir tous les utiliser. J'apprécierais qu'une solution puisse être trouvée à ce sujet. Cordialement, Eva Hendrikse
