Really wanted to give 4.5 stars. Location & staff were best. The metro stop Grand Blvd was literally in front of the hotel entrance. So convenient. My key req was AC, elevator & metro access. It was very hot in humid in August so wanted AC. I even turned it off at night cuz it was so good. Rooms are small so I booked a premium room. After this, I booked, a Hilton in London’s West End; just as great value!

However, when we returned home we found someone on staff had defecated in some of our dirty clothes, (of which we had stored in separate bags from our clean clothes, needless to say, that kind of changed our opinion of the stay. Friendly staff..compact but convenient rooms. Enabled early check in. The only issue was some loud celebration on the road at night..but is Paris so can live with that. Very conveniently located. Recommeded highly and would stay again.

Good location

Great location, bus route outside will take you straight to Louvre, metro station right outside also. Room was what I expect from a chain hotel, decent size and clean. Breakfast options were good, decent tea, can ask for omlettes to be made, loads of choice to suit everyone. A bit loud due to bars across the street and being at a crossroads but unless you're a light sleeper it wouldn't bother you. Staff were all great. Would stay again.

The elevator does not function correctly and we got stuck in the elevator on arrival. The staff helped but for the rest of the stay it worked unreliably. We reported it to the staff on checkout. It is safety issue which needs to be fixed.

The hotel staff was super friendly, and spoke English which was very helpful especially in a new country. Room was clean, and location was great as it was literally right outside a metro station. Lots of restaurants nearby and lively location so it feels safe, which was one of my main concerns when looking for a hotel location. I would highly recommend this hotel for the quality, affordable price, convenience in location and the friendly service.
