Room was in great condition and they had a very nice lobby and amenities, however, the location was concerning. First night the fire alarm went off for a while and never received an explanation regarding any situation that caused it. In addition, there were homeless individuals right below our window with a small encampment with a fire. A guy followed us upon exited and was yelling at us so we hustled into the market. I realized some aspects of a hotel are out of their control, but upon booking there didn’t appear to be concerns with the location. If it were just my husband and I probably wouldn’t be much of an issue but I wouldn’t bring kids in the area.

Very pleasant and helpful staff... silly things missed for example... the coffee tray was not refilled and the bar never seemed open. I liked the Chrome cast facility but was aggravated in that there was only one international news channel that I could find. It was good but for the price I expected better

I give a recognization to Adrian from reception who helped me to solve an issue in my room. Besides all staff were kindly and very respectful, also English friendly. They stored my luggage until the afternoon. Unfortunately the zone was not the best, many homeless people, but overall was a nice stay, breakfast has variary and it’s delicious. There are also train stations nearby, specially from a to Gary Du Nord. I enjoyed the visit.
