So if you like being told that it’s okay for the staff to leave your bags out in the open when they promised to lock them away, waiting 10 minutes for someone to show up to the restaurant to even show you to a table or be told that you are wrong about something you never even asked about… this is the place for you. Staff gets negative stars from me, hotel is ok but in a poor location. Don’t do it. And Hilton head office won’t manage your complaints, they’ll just send them back to the person you are complaining about. Seriously not worth the angst, there are much better options for the price out there.
