We were told that the hotel is a few years old, but looks like brand new. Breakfast was great. It was a busy day there but plenty of food for everyone, including the classic Hampton Inn waffles. Staff was very friendly. It really is an oasis far from the major highways … really quiet.

Everything was so clean and spotless. I felt like I was the first person using the room and the bed and the bathroom. Breakfast was good and started at 6 o’clock. Other hotels start at 6:30. Staff at the desk were very professional and nicely dressed.

Fabulous stay with tall comfortable beds and pillows. Great variety of breakfast from oatmeal, smoked sausage, fried potatoes, omlets, 2 shapes of waffles, and the regular variety of sweets, ceral, and fruit. Hotel very clean and up to date.

Loud and disruptive stay, got up in the night and left. For starters I was charged a different amount than what I was quoted online (outside of deposit). It was raining so I didn’t want to stop anywhere, I made the mistake and bought two snacks that totaled $6 from the facility, when I got to my room I noticed a $10 charge for the snacks and an increase in room cost. When I inquired about it with the front desk he claims to not see these charges, which confused me. I’m in Paris on business and tried to sleep early because I had to leave early in the morning to arrive at my destination. From 5:12 pm until I left, kids were running across the floor, banging, stomping, screaming, yelling. Front desk contacted to have parents calm children and be mindful of other guest. The last time I contacted them the front desk apologized and stated “the parents don’t seem to know how to control their children” but still no resolution to the issue. Never offered a room change, never looked into extra charges on my account or why I was up charged for a dang snack. Seems they cared more about the party that was being hosted ie, all the children and the other guest were not a priority. Very disappointed to say the least. $210 wasted for nothing, and I literally mean nothing
