I am very picky about places I stay when I travel and I was very impressed with high state I will look for this brand for future travel the only thing I would add to the apartment is robes other than that everything was excellent including the view thank you so much to the friendly staff I will definitely be returning to high stay!

J’ai passé un séjour absolument formidable. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis, et l’appartement correspondait parfaitement aux photos du site. Tout était réuni pour passer un excellent séjour : les équipements étaient complets et de qualité, la douche offrait un espace très appréciable pour un appartement de cette taille, et le lit comptait parmi les plus confortables que j’aie pu tester. Petit coup de cœur pour le balcon, qui offre une vue magnifique sur les toits de Paris ✨ Je recommande vivement cet hébergement !

This is my second time choose Highstay in Paris with my family, The apartments are just renovated with 24H concierge , everything is near by such as restaurants, markets playground, Even to Galeries Lafayette around 13 minutes walking . Everything is just like the website described . We had a little bit issues during our stay but the manager fixed immediately. I would certainly consider staying with Highstay again in the future .

Super séjour en amoureux, nous avons réservé pour une nuit ce week-end dans la suite signature. La vue sur Montmartre était magique! Le quartier est très bien situé, avec de nombreux commerces à proximité et un accès facile. L’appartement est très bien équipé et la chambre était très calme, idéale pour se reposer. Le Check in est facile et les équipes sur place sont très réactives et professionnelles. Je recommande vivement. Emma

De passage à Paris pour des raisons professionnelles, j’ai été très chaleureusement accueilli dès mon arrivée. Le studio, décoré avec beaucoup de goût, m’a permis de me sentir à mon aise immédiatement. Le quartier est très agréable, beaucoup de commerces de bouche que je n'ai malheureusement pas eu l'occasion de visiter (une prochaine fois peut-être) et un large choix de restaurants attirants. Après un excellent dîner, j'eus le plaisir de me retrouver au calme (le silence est essentiel pour moi), comme à la maison pour une nuit reposante. Je conserverai assurément cette adresse pour mes prochains séjours parisiens.

À notre arrivée, la chambre était très froide. Aucun drap ni couverture n’étaient prévus pour les occupants du canapé-lit. L’accueil a été particulièrement étrange. L’homme à la réception nous a demandé nos pièces d’identité et les a examinées longuement, avec une attitude peu respectueuse, nous donnant le sentiment d’être jugés. Lorsque nous avons sollicité l’agent d’accueil pour nous commander un taxi, il s’est contenté de nous indiquer l’heure à partir de laquelle il ne pourrait plus le faire, au lieu de réaliser la prestation demandée. À notre retour de soirée, un simple drap nous a été remis pour le canapé-lit, sans oreiller ni couverture. Ce niveau de service est difficilement acceptable pour une prestation facturée 800 € la nuit.
