I’m not usually someone who writes reviews often, but even though I already posted a review on Expedia for my exceptional stay, I have to mention this as well. During my visit, I accidentally left a shoe valued at $2,000 in the room. I only realised it a month later when I returned to L.A.
What makes this experience unforgettable is the incredible customer service. I wasn’t even completely sure I had left the shoe in Paris, since we continued traveling through the south of France afterward. But when I contacted Highstay to my surprise, they confirmed they had safely kept it the entire time.
After holding onto my shoe for a full month, they responded immediately, handled everything with genuine care and professionalism, and shipped it back to me the very next day. Their communication, honesty, attention to detail, and willingness to help went far beyond my expectations.
It’s rare to find customer service this thoughtful and trustworthy today. They turned what could have been a stressful and disappointing situation into such a positive experience. I truly can’t thank them enough and would absolutely stay here again.
