In the heart of Paris, 5 minutes walk from the Gare du Nord and Montmartre. Large modern studio with all comforts, 3m50 high ceilings, terracotta floor tiles, bathed in light. Very quiet. Double glazed windows.
6th and last floor with elevator.
Close to many metro and bus lines, and surrounded by all amenities. 5 minutes by transport to the center of Paris, direct and easy access to all tourist places: Montmartre, the Sacré Coeur, the Champs-Elysees, the Louvre, the Moulin Rouge, the Villette, the canals.
Studio designed by an architect. Spacious living space. Mezzanine bedroom with 2-seater bed. Very large and comfortable double sofa bed with mattress topper. Possibility of an additional 1-seater futon. Everything to accommodate a baby or a small child (high chair, travel cot...). But let us know in advance if you need the baby bed!
Large bathroom with spacious walk-in shower. I am at your disposal during the stay.

The place is as it looks in the picture. It was very conveniently located close to the North/East station. Kitchen was adequate despite missing a microwave and a spatula. The place doesn't have air conditioning, so it was hot jn some nights, but we managed with fans. Having in-room washing machine was very convenient. No bugs found. Bed was comfy enough. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with.
