The only minor caveat is that the lobby is used for both breakfast and reception and can get a bit crowded around peak times in the morning. The rest was just great. A big plus is the there is a resturant street just around the block with many nice places to eat.

We stayed only two nights, but everything was excellent. The room and bathroom were very spacious and spotless, and the breakfast was plentiful, with great croissants and crepes. We loved being able to refill our water bottle before heading out for the day. The area is lively, with a market, good boulangeries and brasseries, a nearby mall, and many restaurants and bars that get busy in the evening thanks to the local theaters. Metro and metro+RER stations are about a 10‑minute walk away, making it easy to reach the airport, train station, and all major sights. We’ll definitely consider this hotel again on our next trips to Paris.

Winderful boutique hotel. Room was a decent size. The bed and bedsing were very comfortable. I am a terrible sleeper and I slept well. The staff were lovely and helpful. The breakfast had a good variety-yoghurt, eggs, sausage, breads, pastry, cheeses, and the coffee was very good. We only stayed one night but would have happily stayed more. The area had shops and reataurants within walking distance. Happy to stay again when we come back.

Small room but bed was comfortable and it was so quiet at night. Climate control very helpful. With breakfast included, and near good transport links, it was great value.
