It locates in a convenient area. Close to Luxembourg RER station so you can get there from CDG directly. There’s a road construction going in from of the hotel but I didn’t hear any noise. Rooms are very small very typical in Paris. We got almost everything we needed in our room except hair conditioner. Tea kettle was there too. First room we stayed had a unpleasant smell like sewage or fungus in bathroom so we asked to change room and the hotel

Loved my stay at French Theory. I spent 3 nights here. The staff were very nice and super helpful. The hotel was super clean and modern. It was conveniently located. I would definitely stay there again on another visit to Paris and would recommend.

French theory hotel is in a fantastic location for the RER B line and short walk to metro. We walked to the Louvre and Notre Dame and Catacombs. Felt safe always. We thought the beds were very comfortable, the A/C worked very well. Our only complaints were the rather sketchy WiFi and our shower leaked all over the place so a big puddle formed in the bathroom.

Lovely hotel for a solo traveler

The hotel staff were incredibly warm and welcoming and the room was comfy enough. I will say that the bathroom had some water issues - no matter how well I closed the shower door water would end up all over the floor after (perhaps the sealant has a leak) and the sink is far too small to wash your face in without getting water everywhere as well. Otherwise, it was a very comfortable stay, especially for a solo traveler.

The hotel is old, bathroom was super small. We could not open the windows because there was scuffles in the courtyard work being done super dusty. There was no ventilation in the bedroom. You can hear the noise from the other rooms. It looks pretty dumpy.

Hotel was simple, and no frills. However, it was perfect for our needs given its ideal location. Walkable to a few notable attractions and centrally located with great food options nearby. Very easy to get to and from the airport as it's a 5 min walk to the metro. Staff were very friendly and attentive, hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable, the water pressure in the shower was fantastic!

Excellent hotel. Nice staff, modern clean design, comfortable beds and good enough Wifi. Located in a great area of the city. There is some construction outside the hotel (August 2025), whick created some noise in the morning. Generally speaking, I enjoyed my stay, and would reccomend others to consider this hotel for their upcoming trip.

The room was a good size, and staff are nice. Location is also excellent except there’s currently street construction going on right outside the hotel. This makes it inconvenient for being picked up by a taxi as you’ll need to walk to a side street. Once the construction is done, I think the hotel will be a popular spot. It’s close to everything and the rooms are clean and a good size for Paris.
