The suite was clean and tidy and we had a great 10th floor view. The staff were excellent and helpful, especially for a family of 4 (with young children). Close to M1 Metro system in Paris as well, with the hotel just down the hill.

Was traveling with my family (5 adults) and we were to be in Paris for 4 nights starting on New Year’s Eve. We had booked a place that appeared to have 4 beds in 2 rooms and pictures looked good. It wasn’t. It was horrible. So we scrambled on Hotels.com and found 2 suites at Fraser Suites La Défense. Thank god we did! Extremely helpful, warm, informed front desk welcome after a weary transfer. Had so much more to offer than the first place. Nice little kitchen with nespresso machine and pods, fridge, dishes, glasswear, silverware, cookware. My 30yr old daughter slept on the pullout bed and said it was quite comfortable. Laundry facilities onsite very efficient. Thank you Fraser Suites for saving our time in Paris!!

It doesn’t look like 5 stars. The bathroom is outdated, rusted door and touch up paint at doorknobs. The toilet is definitely 1-2 starts toilet. Outdated toilet seat Carpet has lot of dirty spots. Kitchen is so so small and hard to use. It advertises king bed, but we assigned with queen bed and we need to pay upgraded room fee

The staff was very friendly. The lobby had an odd smell that was overpowering to me. The tube station across the street was under construction so our plans to travel into the city easily were hindered and we ended up spending way more to Uber everywhere.

I am deeply disappointed with my recent stay at Fraser Suites Harmonie Paris La Défense from August 5 to August 8, 2025. I have stayed at this property six to seven times before without any issues, most recently just a week earlier, but this visit was unacceptable on every level. Upon arrival with my pregnant wife and three children after a long trip, we were met with extremely rude, dismissive, and openly discriminatory treatment from two reception staff, Paola and Fernanda. Their behavior was unprofessional, disrespectful, and showed no concern for our condition as tired guests. When I entered the room, I found that the air conditioning was not working (the room was hot), the kitchen window could not be opened due to a broken handle, and the bathroom door lock was broken — causing embarrassment for the whole family. I reported this to Paola and Fernanda, requesting repairs or a room change. They rudely told me to speak to the manager the next day and claimed there were no other rooms. The next day, the manager herself was equally rude and discriminatory. Even after I explained that I am a Fraser Suites member and frequent guest, she sided with the staff, told me no one could fix the problems, and that I had to stay in the same room. This stay was the worst experience I have ever had at Fraser Suites, combining poor service, discriminatory behavior, and complete disregard for guest comfort. I cannot recommend this property based on this unacceptable experience.

For 2 nights we could not sleep coz of loud music and loud noises by the near by appt. All night . The hotel security could not do much about it and manager only expressed her sorrow and apology!
