The location was amazing, it is close to everything and the lots to explore!The host was super friendly and quick to respond.We loved the apartment, the only problem is we came at the tail end of the heat wave and there is no ac or fans in this apartment. We tried to keep the windows open but they were doing construction on the outside of the building and there was scaffolding right outside every single window and construction workers walking by from 7 AM till 5:30 PM all day so you couldn’t keep the windows open or they were just right there. We had to close the shutters in order to take showers and use the bathroom.I have two teenage daughters that slept on the pullout couch and it was unnerving having grown men outside a large window that was open when they were trying to get ready or we’re still sleeping in some cases.This also caused a problem because debris would come into the window from the construction, and I was constantly wiping and sweeping and cleaning up after things that fell in occasionally we would even have big chunks of plaster fall into the apartment and you hear large crashing sounds every time the wind picked up.If that hadn’t been there, it probably would’ve been close to perfect.
