The two apartments are ideally located just 8 minutes on foot from Marcel Sembat metro station (line 9), providing quick and easy access to Paris’s main attractions. The neighborhood is also well served by several bus lines. For parking, we recommend the Parkopedia app, which helps you find nearby spots easily. You can also explore the area on foot — it’s a pleasant, lively, and well-organized neighborhood.
