Beds were amazing, shower was OK but make minor changes! Comes with shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Room was clean but needs a few touch ups. The overall hotel was good - the scent of pine inside is not overpowering and really adds to the experience. Outside the beautiful scent of jasmine. We needed a DAS pass which was easily sorted inside the lobby and supported by reception.

Room and surrounding hotel was clean. The rooms are just incredibly dated. The breakfast was fine but had very little gluten free options or dairy free butter which would have been nice. The character meet and greet was good but would have been nice to know which character was going to be there on which day so we could plan our stay a bit better.

Staff is great. It’s nice to stay in the Disney bubble and the early entry (1 hour) is a great perk The room I had was very outdated and the bathroom had an odour of stale urine. I checked out a night early despite having already paid and stayed somewhere else. This comes nowhere close to the Disney experience in America or Asia.

We stayed during a heat wave and the air-conditioning and ice machines couldn't cope. Apparently it is being renovated which it needs. Our bathroom plugs didn't plug, the bathroom door didn't fully close . However, we weren't visiting to stay in a hotel so none of this really mattered. Staff were pleasant and helpful. We couldn't book a reservation for food but it was not an issue as we ate at the parks. For what you need, its fine.
