Lovely room, block 53 on the first floor, very quiet. Comfy bed, ceiling fan kept me cool and good powerful shower. A great place to stay when you are in the park all day, it took me 11 mins to walk to the marvel hotel security along the river. Lovely friendly staff especially the lady in the shop will definitely book again for a cheap disney trip.

The hotel is spotless, bathrooms and bedrooms so clean. The reception area was hectic, thronged with people; the water machine in the main building was out of order and Starbucks did not have any pastries for sale at breakfast time.

The hotel and room were perfect for a stay with young kids. A short walk to the parks, there’s a shop and cafe on site as well as the restaurant and bar. The rooms are basic but have everything needed and my kids loved the Cars theme. Staff were very friendly. We’ve previously stayed at the Cheyenne hotel, but found little difference between quality of the rooms so we’ll definitely choose Santa Fe again given the price difference.

This place should be closed to the public during summer months - there’s no aircon, rooms are an utter sweatbox with no relieve given from the ceiling fan. Getting a good night sleep is near impossible. Cold water and ice is an absolute rarity in the facility. I was counting down the nights till I was leaving. I’m sure during winter or autumn months it would be idea
