The property was very busy but never felt overcrowded. Staff was friendly. Food options were available but a bit limited, yet there is the park at a short distance, so no worries in terms of food. Rooms were spacious and comfortable.

This hotel is beautiful. The whe place was clean, staff lovely, smells amazing, very well decorated for its theme. The room was a really good size for family with two teens. Shampoo, Conditioner and body wash provided. Plenty of plugs, next to bed and above the desk. Combination of EU, English and USB. Enough for four phones, curlers, and hand fans charging. Really close to the parks. Right on the edge of Disney Village. I would definitely recommend this hotel

Favourite Disney hotel … mainly because it wasn’t really Disney but Marvel which my Spider-Man obsessed son loved. The staff absolutely made it worth the premium. Stayed in an empire state room & were treated like celebrities. Nothing was too much trouble & the room was maintained daily, lovely amenities. The private breakfast dining room was so much nicer & calmer than the heaving main dining hall. Also complimentary afternoon tea was a great touch Spider-Man meet and greet was worth booking … my son loved it Customer service in the park & village was hit & miss but the hotel made the trip so much more enjoyable

Absolutely love this hotel, and thank you to the staffs for making my nephews bday so special. When we also had some issues with our early magic pass, which was not their fault, they resolved it for us quickly and compensated with some fast track for our fav rides. Thanks and will definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for my sons birthday and daughters dance trip to Disney, hotel was amazing, got a really good deal on the stay, room was spotless, really good size for a family of four, best of all right next to the park so didn’t have to rely on shuttle bus. Will definitely be back

Room was very clean and pleasant, only thing was it was a long way from reception area and I have walking difficulties, had a knee replacement 6 months ago, a room closer would have been ideal, staff nice, no breakfast , last time we stayed when it was the new York new York breakfast was included!

Fantastic stay. Wish the pool remained open later for those of us who stay in the park. Clean rooms and great staff. Please be advised that you have to retrieve your packages that you had delivered from the Disney parks to your room by 8 PM or you will not be able to retrieve them until 8 AM the next day. I was not informed of that and went to get my package at midnight and was having a driver pick me up at 7:30 AM for another city drop off. However the staff was very helpful and found someone to go and retrieve my package from the park after hours
