ヘアドライヤーが故障していたが、メールで連絡をしたところ、その日のうちに新品を持ってきてくれた。この対応は素晴らしい。また、ドラム式洗濯機や台所周りの備品は総じて新しい。 全体的に設備は整っているが、難点として以下が挙げられる。 - シャワーブースの排水口が臭う - シャンプーがない - 石鹸を置く台やトレイがない - 小さめのコーヒーカップだけでマグカップがない - 洗った食器の水切り台がない - 道路に面しているが、すりガラスだけでカーテンがない
