Location is great for Roland Garros or Rock en Seine. The front desk staff have clearly had zero customer service training. There was never any warmth or welcome. The room had aircon....that did not work. Other than that....it's ok. But definitely not 4 stars.

Must be a hidden gem. Prices very reasonable. Higher end property in what seems like a safe area near Roland Garros and great bus and metro connections. Breakfast buffets for $20 euro per person were worth every penny and food quality was beyond great. Fresh everything. Freshly squeezed OJ and fresh fruit salads. French breads and croissant were made that day. Nothing but great and fabulous staff at the property. Well taken care of, clean, daily room service done properly.

This is a very average hotel and below average when considering price point. The area is not pleasant , our rooms was a very odd shape which meant the bed was in an alcove type of position. I would not return to this hotel. Perhaps I’m just used to better I don’t know.
