The apartment is tastefully decorated and fully equipped for 4 guests: 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 living room with a double sofa bed.
Perfectly located, you are a 5min walk from Charles Michels metro station L10. In a 15min walk you can reach the Seine Riverbanks, Champ de Mars and the Eiffel Tower.
Beaugrenelle shopping center with its shops, bakeries and small restaurants is also 10min away.
Ideal for tourism or for business travelers attending events at Porte de Versailles and Parc des Expos.

## Emplacement
The 15th arrondissement is a pleasant and very lively district. It offers access to many monuments of Paris (Eiffel Tower, Invalides, Ecole Militaire, Place of Trocadero), and is not far from stations (Montparnasse, St lazare) or park (Breteuil, Champs de Mars, Trocadéro, André Citröen).
Very commercial, it has its own shopping center with Beaugrenelle, its streets full of shops as the street of commerce. This neighbourhood is a great location, thanks to its relaxed atmosphere and its security.
