I called Check My Guest during my stay with 3 different numbers they listed on their welcome email. First time they answered and reset the WiFi password so then Wifi worked. During same call I reported the ant problem and the broken floor boards- she said she would send someone the next day to spray for ants and at least do a temporary floor fix to prevent tripping or injury (my elderly parents are with me). Nobody came, and subsequently when I called nobody answered the phones any longer. I texted the owner who texted me at first about check in, but never responded after that. I tried the number for the owner Belvilla gave me and nobody answered. I called Belvilla twice, both times they took a message and said all they could do was contact the owner, who never responded. I emailed Belvilla, they never responded to my email.The following were problems:1. Serious ant infestation with rotting wood floors:-found Raid ant spray under the kitchen sink and we sprayed daily ourselves-could not use one bedroom and one bathroom due to extensive ants- ants infested the bed as well. Problem as we had 7 people.2. Floor boards are broken in multiple places, allowing the person who steps on it to fall through and trip. Large gaps between boards, lots of smaller broken areas not large enough to fall through, but I ripped my sock on one. They re-did the floor of back hall, that area ok3. Cook top worked first day but not after. TV didn't work
