Our stay was absolutely wonderful !!! I can’t say enough about how fabulous the staff was. Camille, Dano, Camilla, and Alex.They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and to ensure we got to our places by printing and explaining maps to the city. The room was very small but it had everything you need to feel cozy and comfortable. Thank you staff for a wonderful time and for the glasses of ice. We will for sure stay there again and recommend this hotel to our friends.

We mostly only had coffee and croissants for breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful, suggested how to get around the city and suggested places to visit. Clean room, we would definitely go back!

I am a frequent CitizenM guest all over the world. This location is missing the real integration of reception and housekeeping. A classical management issue. The service crew is outstanding nice- just management not visible and especially not sensed in the training of housekeeping and service protocols. You pay 250 USD and the housekeeping tries to enter your room twice ! On each day as if one is in a Youth Hostel ! -> your hostel feeling. It happens quickly if you have minimal rooms followed by badly trained staff. Recommendation: Stay away until the management has adjusted or was adjusted. Not worth it - overpriced and damage to the good CitizenM brand

All amazing, loved being able to control the temperature and the blinds and everything from the iPad. Only one small issue - the bathroom is IN the room, would’ve been nice if the walls for the bathroom were a bit thicker or there was an extractor fan or something in there. Staff were amazing and helpful.
