Great neighborhood! Right next to Montmartre cemetery. Perfect site if you need to accommodate a group of four. The two kids slept comfortably on separate twin beds in a fold out couch. Very friendly helpful staff, we took advantage of the buffet breakfast each morning as we were traveling with kids as it was the easiest, but they had many good choices. About 5 minute walk to convenient metro. Lots of dining options nearby. Would love to stay again and highly recommend, especially for families.

Room was excellent. Staff was beyond brilliant. Kind. Helpful. Pleasant. All room amenities especially the bed was super. Shower and hot water was average but no complaints. Absolutely well located close to metro and bus stops. Don’t think twice about living here.

The hotel is central located providing two metro stops within a 5 minute walk, multiple souvenir shops and great restaurants. Only con is the bathroom could use some updating. Overall, this hotel is a solid choice and would definitely stay again.

Very clean room. Amazing location. The only problem is the sink stopper, it was stuck so we couldnt use the sink in the bathroom. good thing is they have kitchen sink. No bin in the toilet.

I absolutely loved my accommodations at the Citadines! The room had a beautiful view to Sacre coeur and was spacious and clean. The tub was so soothing to soak in after being out in the cold. We were walking distance to many sights, and we would return to this great place and recommend it to others. It’s a gem of a place. Thank you!!

The room was clean however some things in the room needed to be fixed. The fan in the bathroom had no switch so it was on day and night and was a bit loud. When asked for it to be fixed, they did that, but only lasted one day. The closet doors were broken and could not be closed all the way. The television had a bad connection in the back, so every channel was slightly pixelated, and the sound kept going in and out.

It is a nice and quiet property near Monmartre cemetery. Great location for transportation and great city walks. The staff at the reception is extremely courteous and friendly. I didn’t eat breakfast because I am a celiac and I needed a kitchenette to cook my own meals. This was another reason I chose to stay at Citadines Monmartre.

The hotel itself is perfectly placed and the staff are very professional and helpful. Our room was on 6th floor so away from any road noise. The bathroom was a little tired but perfectly useable. The room also has a kitchenette so handy to make a cuppa. My only negative is the room walls/ceiling are so thin/not sound proofed. For all three nights I was woken up around 2am by someone returning above us and could hear chairs scraping on the floor and even the people talking. I did ask for some earplugs which they supplied and they did offer to change our room, but I feared it would be the same in any other room. So if you are a heavy sleeper this is a great hotel for you as it’s located well and feels very safe, if like me you do wake easily it’s not ideal.

Just because there is a kitchenette they consider it an apartment and do not clean until you leave. It was extremely noisy because our room was near the metal staircase to the rooftop. They claim the rooms our soundproof. They are not in the least. They did however change our room upon request. The location is excellent however. Close to all kinds of cafes and nightlife.
