Great Hotel for the Opera

We booked this hotel because we had tickets for the Opera, 10 minuets walk away. Its a great location with lost going on and quick access to the metro. Our room on the top floor had a small kitchen which was very useful since there are several small supermarkets all within 5 minuets walk. The hotel was comfortable, clean and very quiet. There is very secure underground carpark for a daily fee. However, if you join the hotel chain membership, the carpark fee is reduced.

Nice but needs modern air conditioning

Lobby area was nice and breakfast was good, but the rooms felt tired and the air conditioning didn’t work! It’s was sooo hot and uncomfortable.

Stay elsewhere in Paris

Room was not at all like the photos. Much smaller (to be expected for Europe) but not at all like the photos listed. The bed did not have a fitted sheet. It was uncomfortable and the sheets were cheap quality. The AC hardly worked. Luckily we only stayed one night, but will not be back. On the bright side, the staff was friendly and helpful. Check in and check out was smooth.
