The good...It was a 4 of 5 on cleanliness.We appreciated the quantity of towels and bedding.Easy check-in with accurate info.Great location and safe area.Good wifi and instructions to use.The bad....Dingy looking apartment. Poorly arranged furniture. It just looked very sad and worn. We were very disappointed.Picture frame coming apart.Kitchen table coming apart.No table in front of couch.Bad stains on couch cushions. See pics.No torchon in kitchen.No cutting board.No tray for dish drain - I used a towelNo hooks for clothing in bath or hallway.Floor damaged. See pics.Trim on kitchen floor is an injury hazard - sharp areas and screws showing. See pics.No way to exit apartment if there is a fire as windows have bars. Please provide a fire extinguisher.Shower bar is broken. The most bad...I asked numerous times if this was a ground floor (RC) apartment. I was told it was. IT WAS NOT - 1st floor. Thank goodness we were able to walk the stairs.It also stated that it was a roll-in shower. There were 2 STEPS to enter the shower and the path to the shower was so narrow that no wheelchair could ever get there anyway.We went to a cheap store to buy: cutting boards, carpet over the bad floor to protect our feet, over-the-door towel hook. It is so easy to make this a much more pleasant apartment with very little money.
