Great place!

We enjoyed our stay for six nights. The balcony was a wonderful addition. There was plenty of hot water in the shower and the water pressure was excellent. My friend enjoyed the bed and I felt the pullout sofa was very comfortable. Kitchen works for small meals and snacks. The neighborhood is wonderful, close to so many places. Great restaurants close by and a grocery store just around the corner. We would definitely stay there again. Maria was so amazing and responded to our check in and check out quickly. I’d highly recommend!

Lovely apartment in a central location

Loved this apartment! Really clean and had everything you’d need. They even brought in an air con unit as it was super hot during our stay. Would come again. Location was great, near the Metro, a Carrefour and lovely reatsurants. Thanks for havinv us!

Should have fixed the toilet leak to the floor before arrival

Overall was good, however there were a couple tihings should have been fixed before arrival: 1) The toilet did not have any water to flush. Called the host, she came and tried to explain without able to speak English that the water valve must be in locked position to stop the leak. Underneath the toilet tank there was a glas jar/vase to collect the water dripping. Before flushing, must unlock the valve, wait until the water fill up the tank, flush then lock the valve. Waiting for water to fill up the tank is time comsuming and anoying. Every few hours must check the water in the glas vase and dump into the toilet. This was never communicated before arrival and waiting water to fill up the tank before flushing was time consuming and anoying. 2) The unit has a washer machine but no dryer in the bathroom. The tower heated hanging radiator was not working and the radiator plug and outlet was not attached to the wall. The outlet electric wires were loosely hanging in the open which can be dangerous in the wet bathroom area. I wish there is a way to attach some pictures for clearly illustrating my reviews.

maria was a great host and the apartment was very clean. she was very responsive. the apartment is actually quite big! great location with so many restaurants and grocery stores nearby. just make sure to confirm items such as coffee pods and detergent before you go. we assumed it was going to be there but those are not included. overall this is an excellent place and i highly recommend.

The apartment was even more beautiful than the pictures. Very clean, lovely view off the balcony. Short walk to the Champs-Elysses. Many restaurants available nearby. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed.

Our family was so thrilled when we opened the door to this apartment. Very clean, beautiful, everything you need when exploring Paris. Excellent check in and check out process. Perfect place in Paris!

This place was perfect for the 2 of us! Great location and within walking distance to many sites and close to metro stations. It was very clean and comfortable. The host was very responsive and even came an installed an air conditioning unit when it got hot outside.

3 Nights in Paris

We enjoyed our short stay 3 nights in Paris at this apartment. It was a great location to see the sights. We made it work with 3 girlfriends, 2 in the queen bed and 1 on the sofa/futon bed. For a one room apartment it was roomy enough great storage areas. The bathroom was very nice and larger than most in Paris with a washer/dryer! Small balcony was sweet too. Managers were very friendly and helpful. No complaints.

Outstanding Location, Nice Flat with Balcony

My wife, daughter, and I really enjoyed our brief stay. Flat is walking distance to several metro stations. Located in nice building with security access to building and elevator. Nice balcony also on fourth floor. Host was very responsive and a good communicator.

Wonderful apartment

We loved this apartment, it was very well located just a few blocks away from Arc de Triomph and Champs Elysees. Many eateries nearby. It has everything you may need, we especially liked the modern, spacious bathroom, washing machine and drying rack. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Paris!

Amazing apartment with everything we needed! Reasonable price with good value! The location is very good, walkable distance to Arc de triomphe and Champs-Élysées. There are also supermarket, convenience store and restaurant nearby. The building is very safe with passwords at the entrance and elevator. The studio is in a very new and clean condition. There is a laundry area, kitchen and ironing equipment. Also there is a small terrace with the street view. Everything is perfect! The communication with host is also easy. They are very responsive. We can also leave our luggage at the reception after check-out.
