I’m delighted to welcome you to my apartment. I’ve lived here for many years and recently had it completely renovated. I hope you’ll enjoy it and take in the tranquility, the natural light, and the neighborhood’s unique atmosphere.
Please note that the apartment is on the 5th floor WITHOUT AN ELEVATOR. It is therefore not suitable for people who cannot or do not wish to use the stairs.
This two-room apartment, located in the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, faces south and features a very large living/dining room with a workspace, a separate, fully equipped kitchen, a large, bright bathroom, and a very quiet bedroom. There is ample storage space in both the bedroom and the living room.
Each room features stone-based radiant heating, providing gentle, even warmth and optimal comfort. The recently installed air conditioning makes the apartment very pleasant in the summer.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, induction cooktop, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and combination microwave oven. You’ll find everything you need for cooking.
The bathroom features a washer-dryer and a hair dryer.
In the bedroom, you can store your clothes and suitcases in the closet.

You’ll have the entire apartment to yourself during your stay. It’s the only one on the floor. Access to the apartment is secure, with two reinforced doors at the building’s entrance that open only with a code and intercom, and the apartment also has a reinforced door. It is located in one of the safest neighborhoods in Paris.

The building dates back to the 17th century. The apartment meets current standards, but please take care to avoid causing any damage.
