The room was clean and nice but very small. Don’t pick this hotel if you have a lot of luggage. Very nice staff. Location is very good. Close to shopping and food as well as a transport hub.

This is more an appartment rental not a hotel. You need to clean after your stay to avoid charges. No A/C and no insect screen, so you have to open the windows and the insects come in. Free parking around hotel but i was told its not safe to leave a car. Breakfast not included. Overall not terrible, basic minimum.

The best thing about this property is location very close to the subway entrance. Immediate neighbourhood feels safe with grocery and restaurants nearby. The room itself was clean and of generous size with fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher. The hotel is on academic campus and seems optimized to accommodate visiting scientists, so for longer stays. Biggest downside is poor main entrance signage, the right door is hard to find, especially for newcomers after dark. Hotel seems poorly prepared for international tourists: all the signage and paperwork is in French, however reception staff speaks adequate English.

An excellent choice for proximity to the train station! The place was good and very helpful for getting around. My only grievance was the excessive rules; having to dispose of your own trash on the first floor to avoid a deduction from your deposit is a bit extreme for a guest. If you don't mind the extra chores, it's a clean and convenient spot.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Very clean. Staff was very helpful getting extra pillows for my daughter who had a dislocated elbow so she could sleep with her arm. Grocery store was a one block lit up walk. Metro safe walk around building. Nice bakery just across from hotel. Will definitely stay if we travel to Paris again.

Overall, good aparthotel with very nice staff! Room was spacious which is great with a toddler. The mattress could be more comfortable in the room as well as the cleanliness of the sofa bed, but it is a pretty good bargain for your money!
